This project explores physical self-defence within femininity and plants. In order to represent this idea photographs were taken on colour film with a double exposure and the film was exposed to light leaks. This process allowed for the female figure representing femininity and seeming fragility to be put in contrast with plants which are often also associated with women, but can be actually dangerous with their natural physical self-defence mechanism.
